Project Overview:

　　The storage area contains eight grain warehouses with a total building area of approximately 15,000 square meters, divided into two types: brick-concrete flat-roof warehouses and steel-structured metal-roof warehouses. The first phase of the project involved the installation of waterproof and heat-insulating membranes on warehouse No. 8 (cement flat-roof) and warehouse No. 9 (metal roof).

　　Following the completion of the Ecool Cooling Roof renovation on July 20th, the highest temperature inside Warehouse No. 9, with its metal roof, showed a significant decrease. During the testing period, with the day's highest temperature ranging from 28°C to 31°C, the exterior surface temperature of Warehouse No. 9 decreased by 30°C compared to Warehouse No. 2, the ceiling temperature inside the warehouse decreased by more than 12°C, and the highest temperature inside the warehouse decreased by 6.6°C.??

　　The data analysis above shows that installing the Ecool cooling system has a significant cooling effect on the temperature inside the grain depot. It also provides a long-term solution to roof waterproofing issues, improves grain storage safety, and significantly reduces energy consumption and operating/maintenance costs.
