Project type: Waterproofing and thermal insulation of aluminum roofing panels

Location: Sanya, Hainan

Project Overview：

　　The Taikang Sanya health resort villa aluminum roof waterproofing project was located on the beach in Sanya City, Hainan Province, with a building area of 20,000 square meters and a total of 101 villas. We carried out thermal insulation and waterproofing renovations on all the aluminum roofs.

　　The project started in April 2024 and was completed in May 2024.

　　The main material used is Ecool high-weather-resistant thermal insulation and waterproof membrane, which has excellent anti-aging properties (resistant to hydrochloric acid, alkali, and salt spray corrosion) and excellent thermal insulation performance (high reflectivity). After completion, Super Typhoon "Mangkut" passed through Hainan, and the roofs of 101 buildings in the park withstood the test of wind and rain, winning unanimous praise from the owners.
